Your Responsibilities

As a construction teacher, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the training based on the agreement with the Employment Service. Together with other construction teachers, you will be responsible for the training in Katrineholm. Several colleagues, both management and other teaching colleagues in construction, will be available remotely.

In your role as APL coordinator, you will be responsible for the participants' internships (workplace-based learning, APL) that take place at local companies. Your task includes finding good APL placements for our participants and being the natural contact person for both the participants and the companies. You will also visit participants at their APL and document their development at the APL site.

With a responsible and positive approach, you will coach future construction workers in various professions. The work takes place both on-site at the training provider's premises and by visiting participants at their APL placements. An important part of your assignment will be to network with the industry, make contacts, and promote our training. The training combines both theoretical and practical elements.

Your Profile

We welcome you who have good construction knowledge, preferably in road and civil engineering, and good pedagogical skills to apply for the position. A requirement is that you have a professional certificate in Road and Civil Engineering or documented extensive work experience in civil engineering.

The position is 100% with immediate start or according to agreement.
